摘　　要：系统地介绍了北斗高精度位置服务平台的建设,该平台突破了基于北斗三频卫星导航信号的高精度定位组网技术、差分池技术、高并发接入和海量数据存储技术等核心关键技术,打破了国外进口软件平台的技术垄断,形成了基于北斗的实时米级至厘米级卫星导航定位服务性能,具备了百万级用户的服务能力。项目成果已在多个国家重大工程中取得成功应用,实现了国产北斗高精度位置服务平台的自主可控,为北斗导航应用推广与产业化提供了技术支撑,为推动经济和社会发展做出了实质性贡献。In this paper,we systematically introduced the construction of BDS high-precision location service platform,which broke through the key technologies,such as high-precision positioning networking technology,differential pool technology,high concurrent access and massive da-ta storage technology based on triple-frequency signals of BDS,broke the technical monopoly of foreign imported software platforms and formed the ability of BDS based real-time meter-level to centimeter-level navigation and positioning services,and finished the stage of increasing of user from the 100th to the millionths.The project achievements had been successfully applied in major projects in many countries,and the independent controllability of domestic BDS high-precision location service platform had been achieved,which had great contribution for the development of economy and society.
