摘  要:介绍了海洋环境统计分析系统的设计与实现,从系统架构设计、数据库设计、系统主要功能角度描述了基于海洋环境综合数据库的海洋环境统计分析系统的设计与主要功能。系统基于B/S架构和GIS技术,采用Java语言进行开发,实现了海洋环境水文气象要素横向上的覆盖,同时也实现了海洋环境水文气象要素从统计分析到气候变化分析,到现象分析纵向上的探索。系统实现了各级产品多种形式的GIS空间化,形成了制作统计分析与客观分析的散点图、填色图、等值线图、玫瑰图、流矢量图、台风路径图等产品的GIS制作能力,将为我国的海洋防灾减灾、生态文明建设、海洋经济、海洋军事等领域提供基础产品支撑。In this paper,we introduced the design and realization of marine environment statistical analysis system.We described the design and main functions of the marine environment statistical analysis system based on the comprehensive database of marine environment from the sys-tem architecture design,database design and main functions.Based on the B/S architecture and GIS technology,this system was developed in Ja-va language,which realized the horizontal coverage of marine environmental hydrological and meteorological elements,and the exploration of marine environmental hydrological and meteorological elements from statistical analysis to climate change analysis and phenomenon analysis.The system realized the GIS spatialization of various forms of products at all levels,and formed a geographic information system for making sta-tistical analysis and objective analysis of scatter plots,coloring maps,contour maps,rose maps,flow vector diagrams,typhoon path maps and oth-er products,which could provide basic product support for China’s marine disaster prevention and mitigation,ecological civilization construc-tion,marine economy,marine military and other fields.
