摘　　要：总结了1例马耳他布鲁菌感染性腹主动脉假性动脉瘤患者行腹主动脉瘤切除+牛心包人工血管置换+十二指肠旷置术+小肠造瘿术围术期的护理经验。护理要点包括:术前做好乙类传染病的消毒隔离防护,抗感染治疗等术前准备;根据疾病特点及手术特殊性,做好术后并发症的观察与护理,包括吻合口破裂风险的护理,主动脉十二指肠瘙风险的护理,下肢动脉栓塞的观察与护理;开放手术围术期的全程营养疗法对术后康复效果的影响。通过给予针对性的护理措施,患者预后良好,住院31d后出院。To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of a case with infectious abdominal aneurysm infected by brucella melitensis who underwent abdominal aortic aneurysm resection+bovine pericardial prosthetic vessel replacement+duodenal-jejunal bypass+percutaneous endoscopic jejunostomy.Nursing points include:preoperative preparation such as disinfection,quarantine and protection of Category B infectious diseases and anti-infection treatment;according to the characteristics of diseases and the particularity of surgery,the observation and nursing of postoperative complications are well conducted,including the risk of anastomosis bursting,aortoduodenal fistula and lower limb arterial embolism;effects of perioperative whole course nutritional therapy on postoperative rehabilitation after open surgery.By taking targeted nursing measures,the prognosis of the patients was good,and the patient was discharged after hospitalization for 31 days.
