摘　　要：深入贯彻新工科发展理念,紧跟区域产业发展规划,借鉴德国双元制高等教育模式,构建双元制应用型人才培养体系,打造集人才培养、技术研发、科学创新、合作办学、认证评估、师资培养、学生创业等功能于一体的大众学院,促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链有机衔接,实现产业、专业和就业“三业一体”。The dual system for applied talent training is built through implementing the concept of new engineering development,in line with the regional industrial development,and learning from the German dual system higher education.The Volkswagen College integrates such functions as talent training,scientific research,technological innovation,enterprise service,cooperative education,evaluation and certification,teacher training,and student entrepreneurship,which will promote chain development of education,talent training,industry and innovation so as to achieve the“three in one”of industry,specialty and employment.
