社区服务学习:新文科背景下社会工作专业教育的趋向与探索

摘　　要：在新文科建设推动下,当前社会工作专业教育有三个推进:一是社会工作专业教育深化应用导向;二是社会工作专业教育强调跨部门合作;三是社会工作专业教育注重回应社会需求,这三个方面的推进使得社会工作专业教育面向社区开展服务学习探索显得非常必要。所以社会工作专业教育的社区服务学习作为一种教学模式创新,要求社会工作专业教育面向基层社区、走出课堂、以能力培养为导向。通过对社会工作专业教育的社区服务学习模式的探索展开行动研究,指出这一模式可以调动学生自主学习的积极性、提升学生对社会工作的理解和认同、增强社会工作专业学生的实务能力、促进高校与社会部门的合作。Under the impetus of the construction of new liberal arts,the current social work education has three advances:first,it deepens the application orientation;second,it emphasizes cross-department cooperation;third,it focuses on responding to social needs.The promotion of these three aspects makes it necessary for the social work education to carry out service-learning exploration in the community.Therefore,as a teaching mode innovation,community service-learning of social work professional education requires it to face the grass-roots community,go out of the classroom,and be oriented by ability training.Through the exploration of the community service-learning model of social work education,it is pointed out that this model can mobilize students’enthusiasm for independent learning,enhance their understanding and recognition of social work as well as their practical ability,and promote the cooperation between universities and social departments.
