摘  要:结合窑系统运行情况,研究了水泥窑协同处置高氮固危废对氮氧化物排放的影响。结果表明:废有机溶剂(DMAC)为稳定高氮物料,单独入窑对NOx排放和CO无明显影响;废有机溶剂(DMAC)与碱性铝灰以及酸性蒸馏残渣混合后,稳定有机氮被分解转化为不稳定氮化物,入窑后氮氧化物显著增加,最高达到197.2 mg/m3。铝灰因含丰富的氮化铝,入窑有利于氮氧化物排放,相较于未处置固危废期间最多降低了25.7 mg/m3。水泥窑氮氧化物含量的高低主要受入窑物料氮化物稳定性及其均化发酵程度的影响,为降低氮氧化物的波动,每坑浆渣调配完成后至少均化发酵1周再使用。Based on the operation of the kiln system,the impact of collaborative disposal of high nitrogen solid hazardous waste in cement kilns on nitrogen oxide emissions was studied.The results show that waste organic solvent(DMAC)is a stable high nitrogen material,and entering the kiln alone has no significant impact on NOx and CO emissions;After mixing waste organic solvent(DMAC)with alkaline aluminum ash and acidic distillation residue,stable organic nitrogen is decomposed and converted into unstable nitrogen compounds,and after entering the kiln,nitrogen oxides significantly increase,reaching a maximum of 197.2 mg/m3.Due to the rich content of aluminum nitride in aluminum ash,entering the kiln is conducive to the emission of nitrogen oxides,with a maximum reduction of 25.7 mg/m3 compared to the period when solid and hazardous wastes are not disposed.The level of nitrogen oxide content in cement kilns is mainly affected by the stability of nitrogen compounds in the materials entering the kiln and the degree of homogenization fermentation.To reduce the fluctuation of nitrogen oxide,the slurry from each pit shall be homogenized and fermented for at least one week before use.
