摘　　要：自动化水平是水泥窑余热发电设备管理水平的重要指标,采用一键启停技术对于提升自动化水平具有十分重要的意义,拥有减少人为误操作几率、降低工作量和人工成本等诸多优点。本文结合项目实践,介绍了一套基于DCS系统的余热发电一键启停系统,总结了设计方案和项目实施过程中的关键点。The level of automation is an important indicator of the management level of waste heat power generation equipment in cement kilns.The adoption of one button start/stop technology is of great significance for improving the level of automation,with many advantages such as reducing the probability of human error operations,reducing workload and labor costs.Based on project practice,this article introduces a DCS based one button start and stop system for waste heat power generation,and summarizes the design scheme and key points during project implementation.
