摘  要:以某年产45万t丙烯的丙烷脱氢(PDH)装置为基础,采用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件对脱乙烷塔系统进行模拟。利用建立的脱乙烷塔系统过程模型,分析了脱乙烷汽提塔进料位置、进料温度及脱乙烷稳定塔进料气相分率变化(通过脱乙烷汽提塔塔顶冷凝器与塔顶气相调节阀实现)对换热设备热负荷的影响,确定了能耗较低的工艺条件,并比较了脱乙烷稳定塔气相分率变化时的操作费用。Based on a propane dehydrogenation(PDH)plant with an annual production capacity of 450 kt/a of propylene,the process simulation software Aspen Plus was used to simulate the de-ethanizer tower system.The process model of the de-ethanizer tower system was used to analyze the effect of the de-ethanizer tower feed location,feed temperature and the variation of the gas phase fraction of the de-ethanizer stabilizer feed(achieved by the combination of the de-ethanizer tower top condenser and the tower top gas phase control valve)on the heat load of the heat exchange equipment.The process conditions with lower energy consumption were determined,and the operating costs of the de-ethanizer stabilization tower with varying gas phase fraction were compared.
