摘　　要：“三基”工作是石油石化行业的优良传统和管理基因,中国石化巴陵石化公司始终坚持与时俱进、务实重效抓“三基”,充分发挥基层党支部在基层建设中的核心作用、在基础工作中的促进作用、在基本功训练中的带动作用,以高质量党建推动“三基”工作全面提升。The“Three Basics”work is a fine tradition and management gene of the petroleum and petrochemical industry.SINOPEC Baling Petrochemical Company has always persisted in keeping pace with the times,and pragmatic and effective efforts have been made to promote the“Three Basics”work.The company has given full play to the roles of grass-roots Party branches in grass-roots construction,in promoting the basic works,and in the training of basic skills.The“Three Basics”work has been enhanced in an all-round way by highquality Party building.
