摘　　要：肥胖主要是能量摄入和消耗失衡导致的脂肪组织过度积累。肥胖患病率在全球范围内持续增长,引发了严重的社会问题。肠道菌群失衡影响宿主能量代谢平衡,被认为是导致代谢紊乱引发肥胖发生发展的重要因素之一。研究显示益生菌可有效改善高脂饮食造成的肥胖,应用益生菌治疗肥胖已成为研究热点。本文总结了国内外学者关于具有减肥功效益生菌的最新试验研究进展,同时分析了减肥益生菌的开发应用状况,以期为益生菌减肥产品的开发研究提供参考。Obesity is mainly the excessive accumulation of adipose tissue caused by the imbalance of energy intake and consumption,the prevalence of obesity continues to increase worldwide,causing serious social problems,and the imbalance of intestinal flora affects the energy metabolism balance of the host,it is considered to be one of the important factors that lead to the occurrence and development of obesity.Research shows that probiotics can effectively improve the obesity caused by high-fat diet,the application of probiotics to treat obesity has become a research hotspot.This paper summarizes the latest research progress of probiotics with anti-obesity efficacy,and analyzes the development and application of probiotics for anti-obesity,in order to provide a reference for the development and research of probiotics for the treatment of obesity.
