摘 要:本试验以原料奶为研究对象,通过对原料奶进行离心、均质、陶瓷膜过滤等工艺参数的研究和探讨,制备出改良奶牛生产性能测定标准物质。结果表明,原料奶经过50~60℃热处理后,12000r/min离心得到脱脂奶和奶油,脱脂奶经过1.4μm陶瓷膜过滤得到膜滤除菌奶,随后经过20nm陶瓷膜过滤2.5~3h,得到浓缩蛋白截留液和滤过液;脂肪含量为12%~17%的稀奶油经15MPa压力均质处理得到均质稀奶油。以膜滤除菌奶、浓缩蛋白截留液、滤过液、均质稀奶油、乳糖、防腐剂和水等为原料,采用正交设计的方法调配出含有12个梯度的改良奶牛生产性能测定标准物质。To prepare the modified Dairy Herd Improvement reference materials,the production technology parameters was researched and discussed with the fresh milk as main materials which was treated with centrifugation,homogenization and filtration by the ceramic membrane.The results showed that the skimmed milk and cream with high fat content was obtained by the fresh milk treated with 50~60℃,then centrifugated with 12000r/min.The skimmed milk was filtrated by the ceramic membrane of 1.4μm to get rid of bacteria and then filtrated by the ceramic membrane of 20nm to obtain the retentate with high protein content and the permeate.The cream with fat content 12%~17%was homogenized at a pressure of 15MPa to get the homogenized cream.Based on the method of orthogonal design,the milk with most of bacteria out,the retentate with high protein content,the permeate,the homogenized cream,lactose,preservative and pure water were used to prepare the modified Dairy Herd Improvement reference material with 12 formula.
