摘 要:除草部件作为甘薯中耕除草机的关键作业部件,其结构与性能将直接影响到机具的作业效果。目前的除草部件结构只能实现沟底除草,但无法实现垄侧除草。根据甘薯种植的垄体参数和实际作业需求,设计一种锥体除草部件,该结构的设计能够增大作业区域,在原有的沟底除草基础上,增加垄侧中耕除草功能,提高机具作业性能。对锥体除草部件的工作参数和结构参数进行理论分析计算,并采用离散元法进行仿真验证试验。与传统除草部件相比较,碎土率提升11.31%,功率提升4.73%,作业覆盖面积增加133.33%,充分验证该设计的可行性。As the key working parts of sweet potato weeding machine,the structure and performance of weeding parts will directly affect the working effect of the machine.The current weeding component structure can only achieve ditch bottom weeding,but can not achieve ridge side weeding.According to the ridge parameters of sweet potato planting and the actual operation requirements,a cone weeding component is designed.The structure design increases the operation area,increases the function of weeding in the ridge side on the basis of the original ditch bottom weeding,and improves the operation performance of the machine.The working parameters and structural parameters of the cone weeding component were analyzed and calculated theoretically,and the simulation test was carried out by using the discrete element method.Compared with the traditional weeding component,the soil crushing rate increased by 11.31%,the power increased by 4.73%,and the operation coverage area increased by 133.33%,which fully verified the feasibility of the design.
