摘  要:有效降低全介质自承式光缆所在位置的电压、电场强度,减小表面泄漏电流,是预防全介质自承式光缆电腐蚀,确保通信线路安全稳定运行的关键。对全介质自承式光缆电腐蚀预防机制进行有限元分析,研究表面涂敷材料、安装防电晕环、金具接地等因素对全介质自承式光缆电场强度、泄漏电流的影响。有限元分析结果表明,全介质自承式光缆在110 kV 1D5-SJ1杆塔的最佳挂点为塔身侧面距离地面高度21.34 m处,全介质自承式光缆表面涂覆半导电涂料,相比涂覆绝缘涂料具有更好的防电腐蚀效果,安装防电晕环可以使全介质自承式光缆的最大电场强度降低为未安装时的1/5,经硅橡胶接地可以减小全介质自承式光缆的表面电流。Effectively reducing the voltage and electric field intensity at the location of the ADSS optical cable,as well as reducing the surface leakage current,is the key to prevent the electrical corrosion of the ADSS optical cable and ensure the safe and stable operation of the communication line.The finite element analysis was carried out on the electrical corrosion prevention mechanism of the ADSS optical cable,and the influence of surface coating material,installation of anti-corona ring,hardware grounding and other factors on the electric field intensity and leakage current of the ADSS optical cable were studied.The results of finite element analysis show that the optimal hanging point of the ADSS optical cable on the 110 kV 1D5-SJ1 tower is 21.34 m from the side of the tower to the ground.The surface of the ADSS optical cable is coated with semi-conductive paint,which has better anti-corrosion effect than the coating of insulating paint.The installation of anti-corona ring can reduce the maximum electric field intensity of the ADSS optical cable to the non-installation of 1/5.The surface current of the ADSS optical cable can be reduced by grounding it with silicone rubber.
