摘　　要：论述了普通磨床设置防护门的必要性,介绍了防护门安全性改造的原则和思路,并具体分析了改造后的机械结构和电气液压系统。对普通磨床防护门进行安全性改造后,效果良好,为同类设备防护门的安全性改造提供了参考。The necessity of setting up protective door for common grinding machine was discussed,the principles and ideas of safety transformation of protective door were introduced,and the mechanical structure and electro-hydraulic system after the transformation were analyzed.After the safety transformation of the protective door for the common grinding machine,the effect was good,which provided a reference for the safety transformation of the protective door of similar equipment.
