摘　　要：提出液相色谱法测定核桃中磷脂酰胆碱含量,通过试验确定具体的提取方法、提取时间、提取频率、乙醇含量。通过线性试验和加标回收试验,这一方法在10~250μg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关因数为0.9993,检出限为1 mg/kg,添加回收率为93.2%~105.3%,相对偏差不大于2.7%,效果良好。A liquid chromatography method for the determination of phosphatidyl choline content in walnut was proposed.Extraction method,extraction time,extraction frequency,and ethanol content were determined through experiment.Through linear testing and spiked recovery testing,there is good linearity in the range of 10~250μg/mL,the correlation factor is 0.9993,the determination limit is 1 mg/kg,the recovery of the method is 93.2%~105.3%,and the relative standard deviation is less than 2.7%.The effect of this method is good.
