摘  要:某办公楼为复杂连体结构,局部带大跨度悬挑,同时存在扭转不规则、构件不连续、尺寸突变和承载力突变等多项不规则。采用基于性能化的抗震设计方法,设计时根据构件的重要性采取不同的性能目标,对结构分别进行了小震反应谱、小震弹性时程、中震性能设计、大震弹塑性时程等系列分析,并采取了相应的加强措施;考虑到连接体、悬挑结构的重要性,对结构的关键位置补充了楼板应力、楼板舒适度、施工阶段模拟、防连续倒塌等专项分析。各项分析结果表明,结构整体及各构件的抗震性能均能达到预期目标,结构安全可靠。An office building is a complex connected structure with local large-span cantilever.There are irregularities such as irregular torsion,component discontinuity,abrupt change of plane and bearing capacity.The performance-based seismic design method was carried out and different performance targets were adopted according to the importance of the components.The elastic response spectrum analysis and time-history under frequent earthquakes,the performance design under fortification earthquakes and the elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquakes were performed in the design and effective measures were taken to strengthen the weak parts of the structure.Considering the importance of the connected structure and cantilever structure,multiple special analyses were conducted including analysis of story stress and comfort,construction simulation and progressive collapse prevention analysis.The analysis results show that the seismic performance of the whole structure and all components can reach the expected performance targets,and the structure is safe and reliable.
