摘  要:新型梁柱榫卯节点是一种能够进行标准化生产、装配化施工、实现木结构建筑全榫卯连接的新型节点形式。通过使用机械臂对该榫卯节点进行自动化加工制作,从而实现该类榫卯木结构建筑的工业化生产、智能化建造。为了探究该新型节点的受力性能,对其十字形梁柱榫卯节点进行单调加载试验,研究该节点的承载能力、破坏模式、刚度以及变形性能。采用数值模拟的方法对榫卯节点进行仿真分析,所得模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好。研究结果表明:节点榫头主要横纹受压,受力屈服后变形明显,而卯口顺纹受压变形较小,节点最终破坏形式为榫头拔出,在薄弱截面处发生弯曲破坏,柱身和梁身基本完好。在此基础上,建立了单梁组成的T形梁-柱节点精细化有限元分析模型,研究梁柱节点中榫头朝向对节点初始刚度、强度以及延性的影响。结果表明,榫头凹面朝下初始刚度较大,可以有效提高节点的强度和延性。The new beam-column mortise-tenon joint is a new type of joint which can carry out standardized production,assembly construction and realize full mortise-tenon connection of wooden structure buildings.By using the robotic arm to automatically process the mortise-tenon joints,so as to realize the industrial production and intelligent construction of such mortise-tenon wooden structure buildings.In order to explore the mechanical performance of the new joint,a monotonic loading test was carried out on the cross beam-column mortise-tenon joints to study the bearing capacity,failure mode,stiffness and deformation performance of the joint.The numerical simulation method was used to simulate the mortise tenon joints,and the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.The results show that the joints mortise are mainly subjected to transverse tenon compression,and the deformation is obvious after yielding under force,while the deformation of the mortise is small along the grain.The final failure mode of joints is that the tenons are pulled up,bending failure occurs at the weak section,and the column and beam are basically intact.On this basis,a refined finite element analysis model of T-shaped beam-column joints composed of single beams was established to study the influence of mortise orientation on initial stiffness,strength and ductility of the joint.The results show that the initial stiffness of the tenon concave downwards is larger,which can effectively improve the strength and ductility of the joint.
