摘 要:为提高相变材料热导率并防止其泄露,设计了串珠网状复合相变材料,采用化学沉淀法制备有机金属框架并将其碳化,进一步通过静电纺丝技术将其串起构筑串珠网状碳载体,最后使用真空浸渍法负载熔点稳定且潜热大的月桂酸制备复合相变材料。结合SEM、XRD、DSC、TGA、FTIR等技术进行表征,并研究其储热性能。结构及储热性能实验测试表明:复合相变材料潜热为160 J/g、储热效率为109%,热导率高达2.2 W/(m·K),且稳定热循环100圈无泄漏。得益于金属有机框架碳化物和碳纤维之间的协同作用,串珠网状杂化碳载体的构筑在保证相变材料循环稳定性的同时,提高了复合相变材料的潜热和热导率。Solid-liquid PCMs possess disadvantages in practical applications as leakage and weak thermal conductivity.In this research,bead-like phase change material network is designed to solve these problems.Specifically,metal organic framework(MOF)is synthesized via solution deposition method that is further carbonized to be MOF-C particles.Then,electro-spinning is utilized to strung these MOF-C particles via carbon fiber to construct bead-like network carbon structure.Finally,lauric acid with fixed melting point and large latent heat is loaded to the above carbon support via vacuum impregnation.SEM,XRD,DSC,TGA and FTIR are combined to study the structure of heat storage performance of the PCM composite.Structure characterization and heat storage performance tests exhibit that the obtained PCM composite possesses high latent heat of 160 J/g and heat storage efficiency of 109%,large thermal conductivity of 2.2 W/(m·K),and excellent thermal cycling durability(100 times).Due to the synergistic effect between MOF-derived carbon and carbon fiber,the bead-like network carbon support works efficiently to enhance latent heat and thermal conductivity while maintaining the composite’s thermal durability.
