摘 要:为了缩短气体小流量点调节时间,提高小流量测量准确性及测试效率,设计了基于流量补偿法的桌面型气体小流量测量装置。采用层流流量测量技术实现微小流量测量;通过多条支路组合,扩大流量测量范围,快速调节流量测量点;采用流量补偿平衡法保持管路系统的阻抗不变,确保辅助风扇的工作性能稳定;采用LabVIEW编写测试软件。该装置弥补了小流量低雷诺数喷嘴无法精确测量的短板,同时解决了被测流量点调节时间长,流量波动大等问题。实验结果表明,该装置集成度高、成本低、测量精度高、测试速度快,系统运行稳定可靠,适合在高校实验教学中推广。To shorten the adjustment time and improve the accuracy and efficiency of small gas flow measurement,a desktop small gas flow measurement device based on flow compensation method is designed.Laminar flow measurement technology is adopted to realize micro flow measurement.The flow measurement range is expanded and the flow measurement points are quickly adjusted at the same time through the combination of multiple branches.The flow compensation balance method is adopted to keep the impedance of the pipeline system unchanged to ensure the stable working performance of the auxiliary fan.Test software is programmed using LabVIEW.As a result,it makes up for the shortcomings that small flow cannot be accurately measured with sonic nozzle method under the condition of low Reynolds number,and the long flow adjustment time and large flow fluctuation problems are solved as well.The measuring device has such advantages as high integration,low cost,high measuring accuracy,fast testing speed,stable and reliable system operation,it is suitable for popularization in experimental teaching in universities.
