摘 要:秉承新工科建设倡导的融合、创新、共享理念,依托学院交叉学科的建设,建设了面向新工科人才培养的学科交叉实践平台及实践课程。课程内容上,融合多门学科,结合最新技术,并注重校企结合、赛教结合;平台建设上,整合教学、科研、企业3种资源,提高设备利用率及教育投入效益;师资建设上,将专业课程教师、工程技术教师、企业指导教师三方结合打造多元化师资力量,全方位满足教学需求。同时建设信息化教学实践平台,实现资源的科学配置和管理。实践表明,交叉实践课程的建设切实提高了学生的工程实践能力和多学科交叉应用能力,对新工科人才培养起到了重要的作用。Adhering to the concept of“integration”,“innovation”and“sharing”advocated by the construction of new engineering,and relying on the cross-module construction of our school,the Interdisciplinary practice platform and practice courses are built for the training of new engineering talents.The courses integrate multiple subjects and combine the latest technologies.Simultaneously we place emphasis on the combination of school-enterprise,and the combination of competition-teaching.On the platform construction,the resources of teaching experiments,research equipment,and enterprise equipment are integrated to increase the equipment utilization rate and the education input benefit.In terms of teachers,we combine professional teachers,engineering teachers and enterprise teachers to form experimental teaching teams to meet the teaching needs.At the same time,an information management system is built to realize the scientific allocation and management of resources.It has been proved that the cross-practice courses can highly improve students’engineering practice ability and interdisciplinary application ability.It’s very important for cultivating new engineering talents.
