摘 要:氢能对“双碳”目标的支撑作用愈发明显和重要。加快液氨接收终端的规划建设,以氨储氢正成为解决氢气储运难题的重要途径。LNG(液化天然气)接收终端的布局使得其改造为绿氨接收终端具有巨大的社会和经济效益。概述了国内外氨氢产业发展现状,总结了氨的储存方式与特点,分析了LNG与液氨接收终端运营情况,介绍了LNG和液氨接收终端的共性工艺及主要设备;重点梳理了LNG接收终端改造为绿氨接收终端的基本问题并分析其可行性,最后提出了展望和建议。研究结果表明,LNG接收终端通过对相应工艺系统进行部分改造可转换为大规模绿氨接收终端,该研究对加快实现绿氨的大规模接收储存具有重要意义。Hydrogen energy plays an increasingly important role in achieving the target of“carbon neutrality”and“carbon peak”.It is a key way to solve the problem of hydrogen storage and transportation by accelerating the planning and construction of liquid ammonia receiving terminal and storing hydrogen with ammonia.Thanks to the layout of the LNG receiving terminals,they can be transformed into ammonia receiving terminals and produce huge social and economic benefits.This paper outlines the existing situation of the ammonia hydrogen development at home and abroad and summarizes the methods and features of ammonia storage.On the other hand,it analyzes the operation of LNG and liquid ammonia and introduces their common crafts and major facilities.It also streamlines the basics and feasibility of transforming LNG receiving terminal into green ammonia receiving terminal.Finally,the outlook and suggestions are put forth herein.According to the research result,by way of partial transformation of related crafts,LNG receiving terminal can be transformed into large-scale receiving terminal of green ammonia.This study is of vital significance for accelerating the realization of large-scale receiving and storage of green ammonia.
