摘 要:在国家“双碳”战略背景下,中国风能、光能将迎来更大规模开发,对电力系统调节能力需求日益增加,光热电站凭借其可储热、可调峰、可连续发电的优点,逐渐成为可再生能源领域研究的热点。针对含光热电站的多能互补基地,提出一种衡量光热电站参与调峰对度电成本影响的分析方法,在此基础上以光热电站参与调峰后度电成本最低来优化储热时长配置。通过西北某多能互补运行发电基地的实际算例,分析了光热电站参与调峰后新能源弃电减少量,并按上网电价折算成光热等效上网电量,计算了光热电站参与调峰的度电成本,同时对光热电站调峰前后度电成本曲线进行了对比,提出设计阶段储热时长选择的建议。Against the background of China’s carbon neutrality and carbon peak strategy,China’s wind power and photovoltaic industry will see further development at a greater scale.And there is an increasing demand for regulation capacity in electric power system.Thanks to advantages of heat storage,peak regulation and continuous power generation,photothermal power station has gradually become a hot spot in the field of renewable energy.In this paper,an analytical method is put forward to measure the influence of peak regulation on the cost per kilowatt hour targeting at multi-energy complementary bases containing photovoltaic power stations.On such basis,heat storage duration can be optimized as the cost per kilowatt hour is minimized after photothermal power station participated in the peak regulation.According to the actual calculation of a certain multi-energy complementary and operation power generation base in northwest China,the paper analyzes the reduction of the power abandonment quantity after photothermal power station participated in the peak regulation,converts the on-grid electricity price into the photothermal equivalent on-grid electricity and calculates the cost per kilowatt hour when photothermal power station took part in the peak regulation.Meanwhile,the cost curves of kilowatt-hour electricity before and after peak regulation are compared herein,and the suggestions on the selection of heat storage duration in the design stage are proposed too.
