摘  要:【目的】通过柳杉种子园半同胞子代两点测定,阐明家系生长性状的遗传变异、性状相关规律,评价参试家系在两个试验地点的生长表现,为逆向选择提供依据,选择速生优良家系和单株进行推广应用。【方法】以2014年在福建省霞浦国有林场和福建省洋口国有林场建立的柳杉种子园半同胞子代试验林树高、胸径和材积等生长性状数据为基础,利用单点和多点方差分析模型,探索子代遗传变异和性状相关规律,估算单株及家系遗传力,对参试家系进行评价。【结果】两片试验林林龄2、3和7 a时,树高、胸径和材积在地点、重复、家系、地点与家系互作、重复与家系互作等的差异均达极显著水平,立地条件、家系本身的基因型以及立地条件与家系本身基因型的互作效益均对柳杉生长有显著影响。生长性状的家系遗传力为0.582~0.647,单株遗传力为0.240~0.306,家系水平上的生长表现受到中等程度以上的遗传控制,单株水平上的生长表现受到较弱程度的遗传控制。2、3和7 a树高、胸径和材积间的相关系数值为0.33~0.92,树高、胸径和材积间的正相关性均达极显著水平。以7 a材积增益为指标,选出速生优良家系9个,树高、胸径和材积的平均遗传增益分别为3.27%、5.01%和13.74%,材积现实增益平均值为21.24%。水1、天25和天18等3个优良家系在两点的表现均优异,为广谱的优良家系。从宁德点和南平点分别选出29株优良单株,宁德点7 a树高、胸径和材积的平均遗传增益分别为6.62%、9.89%和39.18%,材积现实增益平均值为128.04%;南平点7 a树高、胸径和材积的平均遗传增益分别为7.75%、12.89%和48.18%,材积现实增益平均值为157.45%。选出的58个优良单株可用作为下一个轮回的育种材料。【结论】参试家系在两个试验点生长表现较好,生长性状遗传变异丰富,选出的速生优良遗传材料将有效缓解柳杉人【Objective】Through the half-sib progeny test of the Cryptomeria fortunei seed orchards at two sites,this study aimed to clarify the genetic variation and correlation laws of the growth traits of the families,and evaluate their growth performance,to provide a theoretical basis for adverse selection and the selection of fast-growing excellent families and individuals for the promotion and application of Cryptomeria fortunei.【Method】Based on the data of growth traits such as height,diameter at breast height and volume of the tested forests in Xiapu State Forest Farm and Yangkou State Forest Farm in Fujian Province in 2014,the single-point and multipoint variance analysis models were used to analyze the genetic variation and correlation laws of the growth traits of progenies,estimate the heritability of individual plants and families,and evaluate the growth performance of tested families.【Result】At the age of 2,3 and 7 years,the tree height,DBH and volume showed significant differences among families,sites,repetition,the interaction between site and family,and interaction between repetition and family,and the growth performance of forest was mainly affected by the family genotype,the site conditions and the interaction between them.The family heritability of growth traits ranged from 0.582 to 0.647,and the heritability per plant ranged from 0.240 to 0.306.The growth performance at the family level was subject to moderate genetic control,while the growth performance at the plant level was subject to weak genetic control.The correlation coefficients among tree height,DBH and volume ranged from 0.33 to 0.92 at the age of 2, 3 and 7 years, and the positive correlations among tree height, DBH and volume reached an extremely significant level. 9 excellent families with good growth performance were selected from 59 families according to the volume in the 7th year with a selection rate of 15%, the average genetic gains of tree height, DBH and volume were 3.27%, 5.01% and 13.74%, respectively, and the average real
