摘 要:粤港澳大湾区城际铁路目前正处于发展阶段,建设初期多不能与既有铁路网形成互联互通条件,受接轨条件或换乘方式的影响,传统铺轨方案难以满足现场需要。为保证城际铁路轨道平顺性,对比分析不同钢轨定尺及焊接方案对铺轨工程的影响,研究不同线路特点城际铁路铺轨方案。研究表明:(1)粤港澳大湾区城际铁路铺轨方案应首选长定尺钢轨、固定式闪光焊;(2)对初期独立运营、无网络化跨线条件的城际铁路,现场建立焊轨基地进行长钢轨焊接方案具有较强优越性;(3)焊轨基地选址可首选车辆段或停车场,工艺布局结合具体工程特点,选择适宜方案;(4)若焊轨基地不具备建设条件时,可采用沿线设置铺轨基地散铺25 m钢轨备选方案;(5)研究成果可为城际及市域铁路铺轨方案选择提供参考。The intercity railway in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is currently in the stage of development.At the initial stage of construction,it cannot be interconnected with the existing railway network.Affected by the junction conditions or transfer modes,the traditional track laying scheme is difficult to meet the needs of the site.In order to ensure the smoothness of intercity railway tracks,the influence of different rail lengths and welding schemes on track laying is compared and analyzed,and the track laying schemes of intercity railways with different line characteristics are studied.Research shows that:(1)Long fixed-length rails and stationary flash butt welding shall be preferred for the track laying scheme of intercity railway in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area;(2)For intercity railways that are independently operated in the initial stage and have no networked cross-line conditions,the rail welding base established on site for long rail welding scheme has strong advantages;(3)The depot or stabling yard can be preferred for the site selection of rail welding base,and the process layout shall be combined with the specific engineering characteristics in selecting the appropriate scheme;(4)If the rail welding base does not meet the construction conditions,the alternative scheme of setting track laying base along the line to lay 25 m rails in a scattered manner can be adopted;(5)The research results can provide references for the selection of track laying schemes for intercity and regional railways.
