摘 要:鉴江是粤西沿海地区最大的河流,高州水库是鉴江流域最重要的调蓄工程。自2010年广东省政府颁布《广东省鉴江流域水资源分配方案》以来,高州水库基本能够按最小控制流量要求下泄水量,实现了蓄丰补枯的功能;枯水期调度期间,高州水库蓄水消耗率为48.16%,下泄水量占流域径流量比重达16.37%,对流域枯水期水量贡献程度日益提高;通过优化调度,在保障供水安全的前提下,水库年均发电量增加21.23%,较大幅度的提升了经济效益。分析总结水库的调度成效,有利于科学总结有益经验,针对新生问题进行有效调整,并为其他流域开展水量分配和水库调度工作提供借鉴。Jianjiang River is the largest river in the west coastal area of Guangdong province,and Gaozhou Reservoir is the most important Hydro Project in Jianjiang River Basin.Since the Resource Allocation Plan of The Jianjiang River Basin was issued by Guangdong Provincial government in 2010,the functions of“storing flood to replenish dry”of Gaozhou Reservoir were implement by satisfying the requirements of flow.The effects of Gaozhou Reservoir enhanced in dry season,by the ratio of outflow water to storage water of Gaozhou Reservoir rised to 48.16%,and the ratio of outflow water of Gaozhou Reservoir to runoff of Jianjiang River Basin rised to 16.37%.The economic benefit increased by generated energy of Gaozhou Reservoir increased by 21.23%.The evaluation of dispatching effectiveness of Gaozhou Reservoir is conducive to get useful experience.It also help for the adjustment considering new problems,and provide reference for other river basins to carry out water distribution and dispatching work.
