摘  要:为了保障载人航天器长期在轨运行中的密封性和安全性,开展了超声在轨检漏技术研究。重点介绍了气体泄漏超声产生机制、进行了频谱特性分析,建立了泄漏量与超声特征量间的关系,同时,研究了泄漏超声信号的分析方法与在轨实施策略,提出了在轨泄漏快速定位方法,并通过泄漏定位试验验证了该方法的有效性。解决了国内现有技术无法对航天器漏点准确定位的难题,实现了快速、准确地确定漏点位置并采取补救措施的目标,可保证载人航天器持续在轨安全运行。In order to ensure the sealing and safety of the manned spacecraft in-orbit for a long time,the in-orbit ultrasonic leak detection technology is studied.this paper focuses on the generation mechanism and spectrum characteristics analysis of gas leakage ultrasound,establishes the relationship between leakage and ultrasonic characteristic quantity,studies the analysis method of leakage ultrasonic signal and implementation strategy in-orbit,and proposes the fast leakage location method in-orbit,then verifies the effectiveness of the method through leakage location test.This study can quickly and accurately determine the location of the leakage point,and solves the problem that existing technology in China cannot accurately locate the leakage point of spacecraft,achieves the goal of quickly and accurately determining the location of leakage point and taking remedial measures.The research can ensuare the continuous safe operation of manned spacecraft in-orbit.
