摘  要:为适应新时代人才培养质量的需求,以“工程施工技术与管理”课程为例,在分析教学现状的基础上,从教学理念、教学目标、教学实施等方面对工程管理专业课程教学进行了探索与实践。基于问题分析,明确了以综合能力为中心、以教学相长为核心、以教学内容为重心的教学理念,确定了为专业育人、为行业育才的教学目标。从教学环节、教学内容、教学活动、教学模式、教学评价等方面进行了教学实施。实践表明:教学效果良好,可为工程管理专业课程教学改革提供借鉴。In order to meet the needs of talent training quality in the new era,taking the course of"Engineering Construction Technology and Management"as an example,this paper explores and practices teaching reform of engineering management in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of analyzing the teaching situation,determining the teaching objective,clarifying the teaching idea and improving the teaching process.Based on the analysis of the problems,the teaching objectives of educating talents for the major and the industry are determined,and the teaching concepts of students'development as the center,teaching and learning as the core and teaching content as the center are clarified.The teaching process is improved from the aspects of teaching links,teaching contents,teaching activities,teaching modes,teaching methods,teaching evaluation,curriculum ideology and politics.The practice shows that the teaching effect is good and can provide reference for the curriculum reform of engineering management major in higher vocational colleges.
