摘　　要：“生息资本”这一“最耀眼”的资本形态是透视资本主义生产内在本性的绝佳反射棱镜。从生息资本的时间嬗变逻辑来看,生息资本在不同时期呈现出高利贷资本、借贷资本、金融资本等形态,“资本直接结果实”的观念开始深入人心,生息资本逐渐获得了合法地位。从生息资本的空间扩张逻辑来看,现代银行和信用制度的发展为生息资本的空间扩张提供了坚实的社会载体,全球的经济运行都被金融体系所架构,全部的资本形态都被金融资本所支配。作为金融资本的生息资本遵循脱离了生产过程的资本增殖的逻辑(G—G’),成为现代社会资本的主导形态和“最富有拜物教性质”的资本形式,马克思将其称为“资本的摩洛赫”。生息资本或金融资本植根于资本主义生产方式,表征了发达资本主义生产方式的特征,构成洞穿当代资本主义生产内在本性的最佳切入点,同时也为探索超越“资本主义文明”之路提供了理论契机和现实的可能性。The“brightest”form of capital,“interest-bearing capital,”is an excellent reflective prism seeing through the intrinsic nature of capitalist production.From the logic of the temporal transmutation of interest-bearing capital,interest-bearing capital has been shown as usury capital,loan capital and financial capital in different periods.With the concept of“capital directly bears fruits”becoming popular,interest-bearing capital has gradually gained legitimacy;from the logic of the spatial expansion of interest-bearing capital,the development of modern banking and credit systems has provided a solid social vehicle for the spatial expansion of interest-bearing capital.The global economy is structured by the financial system.Meanwhile,all capital forms are dominated by financial capital.Interest-bearing capital,as financial capital,complies with the logic of capital proliferation apart from the production process(G-G’).This situation has turned into the dominant form of modern social capital and the“most fetishistic”form of capital,which is called the“Moloch of capital”by Marx Interest-bearing capital or financial capital is rooted in the capitalist mode of production conveying that the developed capitalist mode of production,which constitutes the best entry point to penetrate the intrinsic nature of contemporary capitalist production,while providing theoretical opportunities and realistic possibilities to explore the way beyond“capitalist civilization”.
