摘　　要：非物质文化遗产承载着中华民族的基因和血脉。本文从历史、文化与经济三个维度搭建非遗价值传承分析框架,据此对非遗发展现状进行了分析。研究发现,我国的非遗保护与利用存在商业化开发过度、数字化内在生命力不足、项目传承“后继乏人”、传播与传承度不广等问题。高质量提升非遗存续力,应健全科学化的协同工作机制、完善精准化的保护政策机制、建立动态化的考核评估机制,找准保护与开发的平衡点、把握科技与创新的趋势、强化传统与现代培养方式的结合、注重从“造物”到“造境”的转变,不断开创新时代非遗保护传承的新局面。Intangible cultural heritage carries the genes and blood of the Chinese nation.Based on the analysis framework of value inheritance of intangible cultural heritage from historical,cultural and economic dimensions,this paper analyzes the current situation of intangible cultural heritage development.It found that China’s intangible cultural heritage has problems such as excessive commercial development,insufficient internal vitality of digitalization,“lack of successors”in project inheritance,as well as poor dissemination and inheritance.To improve the sustainability of intangible heritage in a high-quality way,we should improve the scientific collaborative work mechanism of intangible heritage,improve the precise protection policy mechanism of intangible heritage,establish a dynamic assessment and evaluation mechanism of intangible heritage,find the balance between protection and development,grasp the trend of science and technology and innovation,strengthen the combination of traditional and modern cultivation methods,focus on the transformation from creation of items to creation of field,and constantly open a new situation for the protection and inheritance of intangible heritage in the new period.
