摘 要:教育集团化办学是核心学校以特质综合体为单位,利用扩展扩散和迁移扩散机制,有目的向伙伴学校进行文化输送、散布和整合的过程。目前,集团化办学处于快速增长和扩张时期,新建教育集团不断涌现,必然会同样历经文化扩散过程,迫切需要进行问题识别和风险预控。运用结构主义范式及其演绎法,以文化传播学理论为基础,利用文化扩散单位、扩散类型、发生机制与原理等知识,有助于分析新建教育集团学校文化扩散过程中的伴生问题及其成因。依照识别风险和控制风险的结构优化思路,针对治理文化滞后、文化圈层不清晰、文化整合能力不充足等问题,新建教育集团学校的风险预控需要推进集团治理文化升级,科学处理文化圈层关系,增强文化整合能力,以有效提高新建教育集团的进阶学习水平和系统治理能力,形成基础教育高质量文化区。Education group-based school-running indicates the process for core schools to transmit,disseminate and integrate their culture among their partner schools based on a distinctive complex,and the mechanism for expansion and migration-diffusion.At present,education groups,which are rapidly increasing and expanding,will inevitably diffuse their culture,thus urgently needing to find problems and control risks.This study,based on the structuralist paradigm and its deductive methods,the theory of cultural communication,knowledge about cultural diffusion units and types,and their mechanisms and principles,aims to analyze the problems and causes when new education groups diffuse their culture to their partner schools.Based on the structural optimization of risk identification and control,as well as such problems as the stagnant cultural governance,unclear cultural circles,and insufficient abilities in cultural integration,newly-built education groups need to control risks by upgrading their cultural governance,scientifically handling the relationship with their cultural circles,and boosting their abilities in cultural integration so that they can improve their step-by-step learning and systematic governance ability,and develop a high-quality cultural area for basic education.
