摘　　要：目的优化西红二冬膏的制备工艺。方法在单因素试验基础上,以西红花苷Ⅰ,Ⅱ得率为考察指标,以乙醇体积分数、液料比、提取温度和提取时间为考察因素,采用Box-Behnken响应面法优化西红花药材饮片的提取工艺;以干膏得率为考察指标,以液料比、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,同法优化二冬膏制备工艺。综合确定西红二冬膏制备工艺。结果西红二冬膏最佳提取工艺为,取处方量西红花药材饮片,按液料比1000∶1(mL/g)加入45%乙醇,90℃提取2.0 h,挥去乙醇;取处方量天冬、麦冬药材饮片,剪碎,按液料比18∶1(mL/g)加纯化水,加热提取2.5 h,重复3次,再与西红花提取液合并、浓缩得清膏。结论优化所得西红二冬膏制备工艺稳定、可行。Objective To optimize the preparation process of Xihong Erdong Paste.Methods Based on the single factor test,Box-Behnken response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction process of Crocus Flos with the yield of crocinⅠandⅡas the evaluation index,and with the volume fraction of ethanol,liquid-solid ratio,extraction temperature,and extraction time as the evaluation factors.The preparation process of Erdong Paste was optimized by the same method with the yield of dry extract as the evaluation index,and with the liquid-solid ratio,extraction time,and extraction times as the evaluation factors.The preparation process of Xihong Erdong Paste was comprehensively determined.Results The optimal extraction process of Xihong Erdong Paste was as follows:after taking the prescribed dose of Crocus Flos,adding 45%ethanol solution at the liquid-solid ratio of 1000∶1(mL/g)and extracting at 90℃for 2.0 h,and evaporating the ethanol;after taking the prescribed dose of Asparagi Radix and Ophiopogonis Radix,mincing and then adding pure water at a liquid-solid ratio of 18∶1(mL/g),heating and extracting for 2.5 h and repeating for three times,and then merging the paste with the Crocus Flos extract and concentrating to obtain a clear paste.Conclusion The optimal preparation process of Xihong Erdong Paste is stable and feasible.
