摘 要:为了研究不同烟支长度对加热卷烟烟气主要成分逐口释放量的影响,以烟支长度分别为60、66和72 mm的样品为研究对象,设置相同的加热曲线参数进行抽吸,测定了加热卷烟逐口动态吸阻和主流烟气气溶胶捕集量(ACM)以及烟碱、甘油、水分的逐口释放量,分析了单支逐口烟气释放量均值及相对标准偏差(RSD),并研究了其对主流烟气中烟碱、甘油和水分转移率以及单位质量烟草释放量的影响。结果表明:随着烟支长度的增加,烟支同口序逐口抽吸动态吸阻增大;逐口烟气主要成分释放稳定性递增,烟气中的ACM、烟碱和水分释放量递增,烟支长度66 mm卷烟的甘油释放量最低,烟支长度72 mm卷烟最高。随着烟支长度的增加,烟碱和水分在卷烟烟气中的转移率下降,烟支长度66 mm卷烟的甘油转移率最低。当烟草段长度为30~42 mm时,不同烟支长度加热卷烟逐口烟气中ACM、烟碱、甘油及水分释放趋势基本一致。In order to investigate the effects of different rod length on the puff-by-puff release amount of main smoke components from heated cigarettes,the heated cigarette samples with the rod length of 60,66 and 72 mm were used as research objectives,the same heating curve parameters were set for smoking.The puff-by-puff dynamic suction resistance,aerosol collection mass(ACM)and the puff-by-puff release amount of nicotine,glycerin and water in the mainstream smoke of heated cigarettes were measured,and the average values and RSD of puff-by-puff release amount per smoke were analyzed.And the effects of different rod length on the transfer rate of nicotine,glycerin,water and tobacco release per unit mass in mainstream smoke were also studied.The results showed that the dynamic suction resistance of the heated cigarettes increased with the increase of rod length.With the increase of rod length,the puff-by-puff release’s stability of main smoke components increased,ACM,the release amount of nicotine and water in the smoke increased.The release amount of glycerin in the heated cigarettes with the rod length of 66 mm was the lowest,and that in the heated cigarettes with the rod length of 72 mm was the highest.The transfer rates of nicotine and water in the smoke of the heated cigarettes decreased with the increase of rod length,the transfer rate of glycerin in the heated cigarettes with the rod length of 66 mm was the lowest.In the tobacco part length range of 30-42 mm,the puff-by-puff release trends of ACM,nicotine,glycerin and water in the main smoke of the heated cigarettes with different rod length were basically similar.
