摘　　要：当归补血汤记载于《内外伤辨惑论》,为金元四大家之一的李东垣所创,是益气补血的代表方,方中仅有两味药物黄芪和当归,两者配伍比例5∶1,经现代研究发现此配伍比例能够使当归补血汤中的活性成分含量最高,并且药理作用也得到增强。在国内和国外学者的研究中发现,当归补血汤的药理作用有促进造血功能、调节免疫、防治骨科疾病、抗纤维化、抗肿瘤等。Danggui Buxue Decoction(当归补血汤)is recorded in the theory of internal and external injury.It was created by LI Dongyuan,one of the four masters of Jin and Yuan Dynasties.It is a representative prescription for supplementing Qi and tonifying blood.There are only two herbs in the prescription,Huangqi(Astragali Radix)and Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix).The compatibility ratio of Huangqi(Astragali Radix)and Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)is 5∶1.Through modern research,it is found that this compatibility ratio can make the content of active ingredients in Danggui Buxue Decoction highest,and the pharmacological effect is also enhanced.In the study of domestic and foreign scholars found that the pharmacological effects of Danggui Buxue Decoction can promote hematopoietic function,regulate immunity,prevent orthopedic diseases,antifibrosis,anti-tumor,etc.
