止痛化癥片与醋酸钙胶囊联合亮丙瑞林治疗子宫腺肌病临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察止痛化癥片与醋酸钙胶囊联合亮丙瑞林治疗子宫腺肌病的临床疗效。方法64例患者随机分两组:治疗组(止痛化癥片和醋酸钙胶囊联合亮丙瑞林组)与对照组(亮丙瑞林组),各32例。治疗3个月,比较两组治疗有效率,治疗前后子宫体积、VAS评分、CA125水平、不良反应发生率、复发率。结果治疗组总有效率96.9%(31/32)高于对照组75%(24/32)(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组子宫体积、VAS评分、CA125水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率12.5%(4/32)低于对照组50%(16/32)(P<0.05)。停药3个月后,进行3个月随访,治疗组复发率9.5%(2/21)低于对照组42.1%(8/19)(P<0.05)。结论止痛化癥片联合醋酸钙胶囊可增强亮丙瑞林治疗子宫腺肌病的临床疗效,缩小病灶范围,控制子宫腺肌病的发展,减少不良反应,降低复发率。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Zhitong Huazheng Tablet(止痛化癥片)and calcium acetate capsule combined with leuprorelin to treat adenomyosis.Methods 64 patients were stochasticly divided into two groups,treatment group(Zhitong Huazheng Tablet and calcium acetate granules combined with leuprorelin group)and control group(leuprorelin group),each group have 32 cases.Both groups were treated 3 months.Treatment efficiency,uterine volume,VAS score,CA125 level,incidence of adverse reactions,recurrence rate before and after treatment were recorded.Results The treatment group of total effective rate 96.9%(30/32)was higher than control group 75%(24/32)(P<0.05).After treatment,uterine volume,VAS score and CA125 level of treatment group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).The unwanted reactions in treatment group 12.5%(4/32)lower than control group 50%(16/32)(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment group 9.5%(2/21)was lower than control group 42.1%(8/19)at 3 months follow-up after drug withdrawal(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhitong Huazheng Tablet combined with calcium acetate granules can improve the curative effect of leuprorelin to treat adenomyosis,narrow the focus,prevent the disease from continuing,reduce unwanted reactions,reduce the probability of recurrence.
