中西医治疗糖尿病足研究进展

摘　　要：糖尿病足作为糖尿病的严重并发症之一,不仅严重影响了患者的生存质量,而且增加了患者的经济负担。近年来,随着科学技术的不断发展与完善,糖尿病足的治疗方式也越来越多样化,目前中医与西医在临床上治疗糖尿病足方法较多,该文通过查阅文献,总结了近10年来糖尿病足的中西医治疗方法,其中西医治疗包括局部清创术、负压封闭引流术、皮瓣修复术、血管介入治疗、高压氧疗、胫骨横向骨搬运术;中医治疗包括根据患者自身临床表现分为各种证型,即分型论治;根据糖尿病足不同时期采取不同治疗方案,即分期论治;以及运用中国传统医学的药膏、洗剂、艾灸、针刺等中医外治法。旨在通过合理运用各种疗法以提高糖尿病足治疗的临床疗效,该文就以上糖尿病足的治疗研究进展做一综述。As one of the serious complications of diabetes,diabetes foot not only seriously affects the quality of life of patients,but also seriously increases the economic burden of patients.In recent years,with the continuous development and improvement of science and technology,the treatment methods of diabetes foot have become more and more diversified.At present,there are many clinical methods of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine to treat diabetes foot.This paper summarizes the treatment methods of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for diabetes foot in the past 10 years by consulting the literature,including local debridement,negative pressure sealing drainage,skin flap repair,vascular intervention,hyperbaric oxygen therapy,transverse tibial bone transfer;Traditional Chinese medicine treatment includes classifying patients into various syndrome types according to their own clinical manifestations;According to different stages of diabetes foot,different treatment schemes are adopted,that is,treatment by stages;As well as the use of traditional Chinese medicine ointment,lotion,moxibustion,acupuncture and other traditional Chinese medicine external treatment.In order to improve the clinical efficacy of the treatment of diabetes foot through the rational use of various therapies,this paper reviews the research progress of the above treatment of diabetes foot.
