摘　　要：肿瘤是当今世界危害人类身体健康的主要因素之一。随着社会的不断进步和人们生活水平的逐渐提高,肿瘤的发病率亦呈逐年增高的趋势,已经成为严重威胁人类健康的常见病和多发病,并且其病死率并未随着科学水平的进步而有所降低。中医中药在肿瘤的治疗中具有明显疗效及特殊优势,具有抗肿瘤作用的单味中药及复方具有多种抗肿瘤活性物质,能够从多层次、多靶点发挥抗肿瘤作用,且无不良反应。由于中药抗肿瘤有效成分具有多样性、复杂性,因此其抗肿瘤作用的机制亦是十分复杂。随着对中药药理作用研究的不断深入,其抗肿瘤作用的机制也不断被发掘。根据现阶段的研究显示,中药抗肿瘤机制主要涉及调节肿瘤基因的表达、调控信号通路、诱导肿瘤细胞的凋亡与自噬、逆转肿瘤细胞耐药性和改善肿瘤微环境几个方面。基于现有中药药理及抗肿瘤机制的研究,该文拟从肿瘤基因角度、分子通路角度、肿瘤细胞角度及微生物学角度等不同生物学角度对中药抗肿瘤作用的机制进行归纳总结。Tumors are one of the major factors endangering human health in the world today.With the continuous progress of society and the gradual improvement of people's living standards,the incidence of tumors has also shown a trend of increasing year by year,and has become a common disease and multiple diseases that seriously threaten human health,and its mortality rate has not decreased with the progress of science.Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious efficacy and special advantages in the treatment of tumors,and single-flavor chinese medicines and compounds with anti-tumor effects have a variety of antitumor active substances,which can exert anti-tumor effects from multiple levels and multiple targets without adverse reactions.Due to the diversity and complexity of the anti-tumor active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine,the mechanism of its anti-tumor effect is also very complex.With the continuous deepening of the study of the pharmacological effects of traditional Chinese medicines,the mechanism of its anti-tumor effect has also been continuously explored.According to the current research,the antitumor mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine mainly involves regulating the expression of tumor genes,regulating signaling pathways,inducing apoptosis and autophagy of tumor cells,reversing tumor cell resistance and improving the tumor microenvironment.Based on the existing research on the pharmacology and anti-tumor mechanism of Chinese medicine,this paper proposes to summarize the mechanism of antitumor effect of Chinese medicine from different biological angles such as tumor gene,molecular pathway,tumor cell and microbiology.
