乌梅丸现代临床运用和药理研究进展

摘　　要：乌梅丸是《伤寒论》治疗厥阴病的主方,主治“蛔厥”“久痢”。现代拓展其临床运用,治疗多系统疾病取得很好的临床疗效,近些年药理学研究阐明乌梅丸具有抗炎、调节免疫、调节肠道菌群、调节多调信号通路、降血糖、降血压、抑制肝纤维化、改善哮喘气道重塑、抗肿瘤等药理作用,体现了乌梅丸多靶点、多通路治疗多种疾病的特点。今后需要对乌梅丸发挥作用的药效学成分进行分析,构建活性成分、靶点、信号通路的药理学完整体系,充分挖掘乌梅丸的临床运用价值,做到古方新用。Wumei Pill(乌梅丸)is the main prescription of Treatise on Febrile Diseases for Jueyin disease,mainly for“Huijue”and“Jiuli”.Modern expansion of clinical application has achieved good clinical efficacy in the treatment of multi-system diseases.In recent years,pharmacological studies have shown that Wumei Pill has anti-inflammatory,immune regulation,intestinal flora regulation,multiregulated signaling pathways,hypoglycemic,and hypotensive,inhibiting liver fibrosis,improving asthma airway remodeling,anti-tumor and other pharmacological effects,reflecting the characteristics of Wumei Pill multi-target and multi-channel treatment of various diseases.In the future,it is necessary to analyze the pharmacodynamic components of Wumei Pill,build a complete pharmacological system of active ingredients,targets,and signaling pathways,fully explore the clinical application value of Wumei Pill,and achieve new uses of ancient recipes.
