基于数据挖掘探究痰热壅肺型社区获得性肺炎临床用药规律

摘　　要：目的运用数据挖掘技术探究中医药治疗痰热壅肺型社区获得性肺炎的临床用药规律,方便更好的指导临床用药。方法检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献服务库中关于中医药治疗痰热壅肺型社区获得性肺炎的相关文献,利用Excel软件建立方药数据库,并对中药的频次、四气、五味、归经、药物类别进行统计分析,运用SPSS Statistics 24.0和SPSS Modeler 18.0数据挖掘软件对中药进行关联规则、聚类分析。结果最终收集到96篇文献,总共119味中药,高频中药(频次≥10)有26味,其中药物使用频次最高的前5位分别是甘草、黄芩、苦杏仁、桔梗、桑白皮,药物功效主要为清热解毒、化痰止咳,四气以寒性居多,无热性药,五味以苦、甘、辛居多,归经以肺经、胃经为主,关联规则分析后得出52组药物组合,置信度最高的药物组合前两位是甘草-浙贝母-黄芩、苦杏仁-石膏-麻黄。结论中医药治疗痰热壅肺型社区获得性肺炎以清热药、化痰止咳平喘药为主,以清法为主要治法,以清热解毒、化痰止咳为基本治法,佐以补气、养阴、活血化瘀等治法。Objective To explore the clinical medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia with phlegm-heat obstructing lung by using data mining technology,so as to provide better guidance for clinical medication.Methods The literatures related to traditional Chinese medicine treatment of community acquired pneumonia with phlegm-heat obstruction were retrieved from CNKI,WanFang Database,VIP database and China Biomedical Literature Service database.The prescriptions database was established by using Excel software,and the frequency,four qi and five flavor meridian and drug category of traditional Chinese medicine were statistically analyzed.SPSS Statistics 24.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 data mining software were used for association rules and clustering analysis of TCM.Results Eventually collected 96 articles,a total of 119 Chinese medicines,high-frequency Chinese traditional medicine(frequency of 10 times or higher)26,including drug use frequency of the top five flavour,respectively,Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma),Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix),Kuxingren(Armeniacae Semen Amarum),Jiegeng(Platycodonis Radix),Sangbaipi(Mori Cortex),drug efficacy mainly clearing heat and detoxifying,resolving phlegm and relieving cough,four Qi in the majority with cold,no hot drugs,mixed in the majority with bitter,sweet,bitter,the lung meridian and stomach meridian were the main channels,and 52 groups of drug combinations were obtained after association rule analysis.The top two drug combinations with the highest confidence were Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma)-Zhebeimu(Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus)-Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix),Kuxingren(Armeniacae Semen Amarum)-Shigao(Gypsum Fibrosum)-Mahuang(Ephedrae Herba).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of community acquired pneumonia with phlegm-heat obstructing lung type mainly includes heat-clearing drugs,phlegm-relieving cough antiasthmatic drugs,clearing method as the main treatment,clearing heat and detoxifying,phlegm-reliev
