基于“从脾论治”探讨中药复方益糖康调节肠道菌群防治2型糖尿病研究思路

摘　　要：2型糖尿病的发生、发展与人体肠道微生物密切相关,控制肠道菌群稳态对糖尿病具有重要意义。“从脾论治”理论源于《黄帝内经》,在临床应用效果良好,脾虚是糖尿病发病的始动因素,而肠道微生物产生的机制是中医“脾”维持正常生理功能的基础。中药复方益糖康以“健脾益气、养阴清热活血”为核心治法,可以有效调节肠道菌群,改善糖脂代谢,但机制尚未完全阐明。因此,文章基于“从脾论治”理论阐述“脾虚致消”的病理机制,探讨肠道菌群失调对2型糖尿病的影响,拟在为中药复方益糖康防治2型糖尿病提供理论支撑,为中医药防治2型糖尿病提供新视角和研究方向。The occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes is closely related to human gut microbes,and the control of intestinal flora homeostasis is of important significance for diabetes.The theory o“f treatment from spleen”originates from Inner canon of Huangdi and has a good effect in clinical application.Spleen deficiency is the initial factor of diabetes mellitus,and the mechanism of intestinal microorganism production is the basis for TCM“spleen”to maintain normal physiological function.Chinese medicine compound Yitangkang(益糖康)takes“invigorating spleen and replenishing Qi,nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation”as the core treatment,which can effectively regulate intestinal flora and improve glucose and lipid metabolism,but the mechanism has not been fully elucidated.Therefore,based on the theory of“treatment from spleen”,this paper expounds the pathological mechanism of“diabetes caused by spleen deficiency”and discusses the effect of intestinal flora imbalance on type 2 diabetes mellitus.It is intended to provide theoretical support for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes with Yitangkang,and to provide a new perspective and research direction for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes with traditional Chinese medicine.
