温胆汤加减联合毫火针治疗稳定期肢端型白癜风疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察温胆汤加减联合毫火针治疗稳定期肢端型白癜风临床疗效。方法将60例稳定期肢端型白癜风患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组(30例,脱落1例)和对照组(30例,脱落2例)。治疗组予温胆汤加减口服,2次/d,对照组予复方甘草酸苷片口服,2片/次,3次/d,2组均联合毫火针针刺治疗,1次/周。4周为一疗程,两组均连续治疗12周。疗程结束后观察组疗效并分析中医证候积分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分、β-内啡肽(β-ET)及白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平。结果温胆汤加减联合毫火针治疗稳定期肢端型白癜风治疗组临床总有效率为89.70%,高于对照组的67.86%(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候积分、HAMD评分、HAMA评分、DLQI评分、β-ET及IL-17水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温胆汤加减联合毫火针治疗稳定期肢端型白癜风疗效确切。Objective To observed the clincial effect of Wendan Deconction(温胆汤)combined with filiform fire needle in the treatment of stable acral vitiligo.Methods Totally 60 patients with stable acral vitiligo were divided into a treatment group(30 cases,2 cases dropped off)and a control group(30 cases,1 cases dropped off).The treatment group was treated with Wendan Deconction,twice a day,and the control group was treated with compound Glycyrrhizin tablets,two tables at a time,three a day.Both groups were treated with filiform fire needle,once a week.A week was a treatment course,both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The curative effect of two groups was observed,and the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,HAMD score,HAMA score,DLQI score,the levels ofβ-ET and IL-17 were compared and analyzed.Results The results of this study showed that the total effective of treatment group was 89.70%,higher than the contral group 67.86%(P<0.05).The effective power was higher in treatment than contral.Compared with contral group,the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,HAMD score,HAMA score,DLQI score,the levels ofβ-ET and IL-17 in the treatment group were lower than the contral group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wendan Deconction combined with filiform fire needle in the treatment of acral vitiligo in the stationary phase,with definite therapeutic effect,worthy of clinical application.
