崔云身心同调治疗男性更年期综合征临床经验

摘　　要：崔云教授认为,天癸衰竭、肾脏虚衰是男性更年期综合征的根本病机,水不荣木、肝气郁结是本病的关键病机,应重视生理和心理双重诊治。其治身之法包括肝肾同补以益虚损、滋肾疏肝祛邪以调气血,选方用药精当;其治心之法主要通过言语疏导、运动减压等方式调畅情志。Professor CUI Yun holds that the exhaustion of the tenth heavenly stem and the kidney failure is the fundamental pathogenesis of male climacteric syndrome,and water failing to nourish wood and binding constraint of liver qi are the core pathogenesis,therefore,both physiological and psychological diagnosis and treatment should be emphasized. The treatments for the body include supplementing the liver and kidney to resolve deficiency and consumption, and nourishing the kidney, soothing the liver and eliminating pathogen to regulate qi and blood;the chosen of prescription and medication should be accurate and appropriate. As for the mind,it is mainly to regulate emotions through verbal persuasion and decompressive exercises.
