摘　　要：为促进河北省全面推进乡村振兴,加快实现农业农村现代化,采用社会网络分析法对18个省区市一号文件的内容进行文本分析。研究结果表明:各省区市推进乡村振兴的工作重点包括乡村建设、有效衔接脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴、深入推进农村改革、加快农业现代化、守好农业底线等5个方面。通过对比分析可知,河北省推进乡村振兴还应促进农业农村绿色生态发展、完善农业农村支撑体系以及丰富农村新业态实现开放发展。In order to promote Hebei Province to comprehensively promote rural revitalization and accelerate the realization of agricultural and rural modernization,this paper used the social network analysis method to analyze the content of the No.1 document of the provincial Party committee of 18 provinces(cities).The results showed that the priorities of promoting rural revitalization in all provinces(cities)included rural construction,effectively connecting poverty eradication and rural revitalization,deeply promoting rural reform,accelerating agricultural modernization,and keeping the bottom line of agriculture.Through comparative analysis,it could be seen that promoting rural revitalization in Hebei Province should also promote the development of agricultural and rural green ecology,improve the agricultural and rural support system,and enrich the new rural business forms to achieve open development.
