摘 要:相对密度是动植物油脂的特征物理参数。通过研究U形管振动法、比重瓶法、天平法和密度计法4种方法检测植物油相对密度的重复性限和再现性限,探讨油脂相对密度测定标准方法进行优化整合的可行性。通过对实验室内和实验室间的结果的数据统计分析,显示单个方法数据之间不存在显著性差异、实验数据一致、方法间无显著性差异。根据实验数据,按照统计方法预设的重复性限和再现性限均小于现行国家标准(GB/T 5526—1985)的精密度范围,可在此基础上开展油脂密度测定方法的整合。Relative density is a characteristic physical parameter of animal and vegetable oil.By studyed the repeatability limit and reproducibility limit of the relative density of vegetable oil measured by the U-tube vibration method,the pyknometer method,the balance method and the densitometer method,the feasibility of optimizing and integrating the standard methods for determining the relative density of vegetable oil was discussed.Through the statistical analysis of the results in and between laboratories,the four methods of relative density showed that there is no significant difference between the data of a single method,the experimental data are consistent,and there is no significant dif ference between the methods.According to the experimental data,the repeatability limit and reproducibility limit preset according to the statistical method is less than the precision range of the current national standard(GB/T 5526—1985).On this basis,the integration of oil density determination methods can be carried out.
