摘 要:以‘徐香’猕猴桃为试材,采用嫩枝扦插法进行繁殖,研究基质及含水量不同对猕猴桃扦插生根的影响。结果表明:不同配比基质含水量不同对猕猴桃扦插生根有影响。基质相对含水量为70%时,蛭石和珍珠岩按1∶1的扦插生根效果最好,生根率为66.50%,平均生根数量为4.50条,平均根长为5.83 cm。以期对‘徐香’猕猴桃扦插技术应用推广具有重要意义。‘Xuxiang’kiwifruit was taken as experimental material,the softwood cutting method was used to study the effects of substrate and water content on the rooting of kiwifruit cuttings.The results showed that different proportions of substrate water content had an effect on the rooting of kiwifruit cuttings.When the relative water content of the substrate was 70%,the cutting rooting ratio of vermiculite to perlite at 1∶1 is the best,the rooting rate was 66.50%,the average rooting number is 4.50 root,and the average root length is 5.83cm,which is expected to be of great significance to the application and popularization of cutting technology for'Xuxiang'kiwifruit.
