摘  要:以秦白2号大白菜为研究对象,利用多种试剂正交组合进行白菜种子引发处理,通过测定种子萌发、幼苗品质及抗氧化酶活性,以期筛选出适宜的种子引发剂。结果表明:采用20 mmol/L硝酸钙含量,0.2%过氧化氢,100 mg/L赤霉素,0.05 mmol/L水杨酸等组合试剂配比进行白菜种子引发效果显著,其发芽势增加32.86%,发芽率提高20.58%、发芽指数和活力指数也分别增加33.45%和38.31%,可溶性蛋白含量及抗氧化酶活性等也显著高于对照。研究结果可以为下一步计划大田生产应用提供参考依据。In order to screen out appropriate seed initiator,seed initiation treatment was set by a variety of orthogonal combinations of reagents in Chinese cabbage“Qinbai No.2”,and the seed germination,seedling quality and antioxidant enzyme activity were determined.The results showed that the combination treatment,including 20 mmol/L calcium nitrate,0.2%hydrogen peroxide,100 mg/L gibberellin,and 0.05 mmol/L salicylic acid,had the best effect,of which the seed germination potential increased by 32.86%,the germination rate increased by 20.58%,the germination index and vitality index also increased by 33.45%and 38.31%,respectively.Moreover,the soluble protein content and antioxidant enzyme activity were also significantly higher than that of the control.The results provide a reference for the application in field production.
