常州市武进区幸福河湖评价

摘　　要：建设造福人民的幸福河湖是新时期治水目标,本文通过从河安湖晏、水清岸绿、鱼翔浅底、文昌人和、公众满意5个准则层确定17项指标,构建了常州市幸福河湖评价指标体系。通过对武进区典型河道进行幸福河湖评价,及时掌握幸福河湖建设成效,剖析河道治理存在的问题与短板,总结示范幸福河湖创建经验,助力全域幸福河湖建设,为推动城市高质量发展筑牢生态基底、增添绿色动能。Building happy rivers and lakes for the benefit of the people is the goal of water treatment in the new era.In this paper,17 indicators are determined from five criteria levels,namely,safe river and lake,clean water and green bank,fish swimming in clean water,prosperous culture and peaceful people and public satisfaction,to construct the evaluation index system of happy rivers and lakes in Changzhou.Through the evaluation of happy rivers and lakes on typical river courses in Wujin District,this paper timely grasps the construction results of happy rivers and lakes,analyzes the existing problems and shortcomings of river course treatment,summarizes and demonstrates the experience of creating happy rivers and lakes,helps the whole construction of happy rivers and lakes and builds a solid ecological base and adds green momentum for promoting the high-quality development of the city.
