摘　　要：在农业社会化服务市场中,规模农户既是服务需求者也是供给者,因此探索其服务需求实现和服务供给功能发挥的有效路径具有重要意义。本文在剖析规模农户参与社会化服务的特征及困境基础上,提出其绩效提升的可行路径,并运用典型案例进行佐证。研究表明,当前规模农户的服务需求具有量大且多元化的特征,另外服务供给功能也日益凸显,但受高交易成本影响,其面临多元化服务需求难以满足和服务供给功能发挥受限的困境;而通过建设需求端和供给端双重组织化的服务联合体,可以有效节约交易成本,促进规模农户服务获取价格降低、服务需求实现和服务供给效率提升。在此过程中,资源整合、分工协作、协同效应以及利益联结是保障服务联合体运行的重要机制。In agricultural socialized service market,large-scale farmers are both service demanders and service suppliers.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the effective path to realize their service demand and service supply functions.Based on the analysis of characteristics and difficulties of large-scale farmers'participation in socialized services,this paper puts forward a feasible path to im-prove their performance,and uses a typical case to prove it.The research shows that service demand of large-scale farmers has the characteristics of large quantity and diversification.In addition,their service supply function is becoming increasingly prominent.However,high transaction cost makes it difficult to meet diversified service demand and give full play of service supply function.By building a demand side and supply side double organized Service Consortium,it can effectively save transaction cost and cut down service acquisition price,thus meet large-scale famers'service demand and improve their service supply efficiency.In this process,resource integration,specialization and cooperation,synergy effect and interest connection are the important mechanisms to ensure the operation of Service Consortium.
