摘  要:目的探讨边缘切除法联合V-Y成形在小阴唇肥大合并阴蒂包皮同期整形术中的临床应用效果。方法自2019年6月至2021年6月,湖北医药学院附属太和医院整形美容烧伤科收治22例小阴唇肥大合并阴蒂包皮形态不良的患者,根据小阴唇及阴蒂包皮形态采用边缘切除法切除肥大部分,同时采用V-Y成形重塑小阴唇及阴蒂包皮联合部。结果22例患者术后均一期愈合,所有患者随访3~6个月,小阴唇及阴蒂包皮形态满意,无明显瘢痕、继发畸形及感觉异常。结论针对小阴唇肥大合并阴蒂包皮形态不良的患者,采用边缘切除法联合V-Y成形术可在同期对其进行整形,方法简单安全,疗效满意,值得临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of edge resection combined with V-Y plasty in labia minora and clitoris prepuce in composite labiaplasty.Methods From June 2019 to June 2021,22 patients with hypertrophy of labia minora and malformed prepuce of clitoris were chosen from Department of Burns and Plastic Surgery of Taihe Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Medicine.According to the shape of labia minora and prepuce of clitoris,excision of hypertrophic part by edge resection.Meanwhile,V-Y plasty were applied to reconstruct the joint of labia minora and clitoris prepuce.Results All 22 patients were followed up for 3 to 6 months,the shape of labia minora and clitoris prepuce were satisfactory,no obvious scar,secondary malformation and sensory abnormality.Conclusion For the patients with labia minora and clitoral prepuce dysplasia,the edge resection combined with V-Y plasty can be used in labia minora and clitoris prepuce in composite labiaplasty.The method is simple,safe and effective,which is worthy of clinical application.
