摘  要:采用三联吡啶与硝酸铜在混合溶剂(乙醇与水的比例=9∶1,体积比)常温下反应合成配合物,以该配合物为探针,通过荧光光谱法和紫外光谱法研究该探针的离子识别性能,同时进行干扰实验和检测限的测定。实验结果表明,荧光光谱可以识别Zn^(2+),Zn^(2+)的检测限为1.023×10^(-8)mol/L,探针L和Zn^(2+)的络合比为2∶1。紫外法可识别Bi^(3+),并且其他离子对其干扰都很弱,Bi^(3+)的检测限为3.538×10^(-8)mol/L,探针L和Bi^(3+)的络合比为1∶2。The complex was synthesized by the reaction of terpyridine with copper nitrate in a mixed solvent(ratio of ethanol and water=9∶1)at room temperature,and the complex was used as probe.The ion recognition performance of the probe was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy and ultraviolet spectroscopy.At the same time,the interference experiments and detection limits were studied.The experimental results showed that the fluorescence spectrum could recognize Zn^(2+),the detection limit of Zn^(2+)was 1.023×10^(-8)mol/L,and the complexation ratio was 2∶1.The UV method could identify Bi^(3+),and other ions had weak interference with it.The detection limit of Bi^(3+)was 3.538×10^(-8)mol/L,and the complexation ratio was 1∶2.
