摘  要:在煤制乙二醇过程中产生的挥发性有机物VOCs气体成分复杂且有毒有害,为了避免煤制乙二醇过程中VOCs废气对环境和人体健康产生危害。根据该项目的VOCs废气特性设计低温甲醇洗+碱洗+进废气焚烧的工艺路线,该工艺以低温甲醇洗为核心技术回收大部分VOCs资源,配以碱洗等预处理工艺技术,并依托现有废气、废液焚烧装置进行深度净化,可以处理含甲醇、乙二醇、甲酸甲酯等VOCs废气,并回收部分甲醇和草酸二甲酯。文章从流程设计和安全保证措施上详细说明了设计过程,净化处理后的VOCs废气浓度≤10000 mg/Nm^(3)。本设计回收了废气中的甲醇和草酸二甲酯产品,增加了经济效益,促进了环境质量的改善,积极响应了国家“双炭”目标。Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)produced in coal to ethylene glycol processes are complex,toxic and harmful.In order to avoid the harm of VOCs and its photochemical in coal chemical industry to the environment and human health.According to the VOCs gas characteristics of this project,the process route of low-temperature methanol washing+alkaline washing+inlet waste gas incineration was designed.The process uses low-temperature methanol washing as the core technology to recover most of VOCs resources,with alkaline washing and other pretreatment process technologies,and relies on the existing waste gas and waste liquid incineration device for deep purification,which can treat VOCs waste gas containing methanol,ethylene glycol,methyl formate,etc..And recover part of methanol and dimethyl oxalate.The design process is detailed from the process design and safety assurance measures,and the VOCs exhaust gas concentration after purification treatment≤10000 mg/Nm^(3).This design not only improves the amount of product recycling,enhances economic benefits,but also greatly improves the ambient air quality and actively responds to national policies.
